Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@kittytittsworth.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 500 Paragon Mills Rd. J4, Nashville, TN 37211 (unless otherwise noted by vendor).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving purchased item(s).

You can always contact us for any return question at Support@kittytittsworth.com. We want you to be happy with all purchases and will do our best to ensure prompt service to address issues brought to our attention. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and one-time use goods (such as some pasties). If such products are defective or found to be poor quality, we urge you to reach out directly at Support@kittytittsworth.com so we can resolve issues according to our store policy guidelines noted herein. We can’t fix what we don’t know is a problem, and we rely on good communication from our clients and an opportunity to help ensure satisfaction for all. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Some sale items may be eligible for store credit. We reserve the right to review these requests on a case by case basis. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@kittytittsworth.com.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for full credit with tags and in new condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of shipment receipt. Return shipping covered one time. Vendor will email shipping label after request initiated. If shipping method and label supplied by vendor not used, vendor will not reimburse shipping. If 30-day window has expired, returns will be accepted for store exchange only. No returns will be accepted after 60 days of receipt of purchase shipment. Returns for store credit must be initiated within 45 days of receipt of shipment, and products must be returned with tags in new condition. No returns will be accepted without tags attached or with visible wear or damage to items. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives in poor condition, customer must notify store within 48 hours and send pictures of condition. We will work to replace items as promptly as possible or arrange for return/exchange.
