Shipping policy

Our products ship from multiple locations; therefore, some rates may be different depending on location shipping to and from and preferred shipment details such as carrier, method, and arrival time and options. We try to offer free economy and ground shipping within the U.S. and some parts of North America. When free shipping is not an option, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and paid by the customer at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier. We also hold no responsibility for tracking shipments in progress sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses that are errors made by the customer or carrier. Return standard ground shipping will be covered one time only for customers within U.S. and North America.

The customer is responsible for all tariffs charged outside the U.S.. Tariffs should be calculated and paid for at checkout. If you reside outside the U.S. in locations where tariffs are charged and this fee is not calculated at checkout, please notify us immediately of the issue. We will not reimburse tariffs charged. 

Tracking numbers should be provided promptly after checkout. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us at support@kittytittsworth.com so we can assist in locating this information. Please note that some orders may have multiple shipments from multiple locations, thus multiple tracking numbers may be provided with differing estimated arrival dates.

If your shipment is lost or the carrier shows as delivered with no shipment received, please contact the appropriate carrier service with your tracking number for specific updated information prior to contacting Kitty Tittsworth. This helps to ensure swift resolution with any shipping delays or other issues. Please note that shipments delivered with carrier proof of delivery such as photos, ID verification, and customer signatures that are stolen or otherwise not available to the customer that purchased will be handled on a case by case basis. In such limited situations, Kitty Tittsworth reserves the right to deny replacement without a second purchase. Replacements may be considered with  documentation of legal filings such as police reports or costs covered by third parties such as shipping carriers or other responsible parties. There is no specific time frame for replacement, but details will be provided accordingly in such situations.
